Welcome to SkinsVault (“we,” “us,” “our,” “the Website”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://skinsvault.net/
and our services, including the sale and delivery of CS2/Dota 2 skins and in-game items. By using our website/services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website/services.
1) Eligibility & Acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
If using on behalf of an entity, you confirm authority to bind that entity.
By using our services, you confirm legal capacity to enter binding contracts.
2) Services
SkinsVault operates a digital marketplace/store for in-game items, delivered typically via Steam trade offers.
After purchase, items are sent to your linked Steam account using the trade URL you provide.
We do not create or modify game items; we facilitate resale/delivery.
Transactions are processed via WooCommerce-integrated payment gateways.
3) Accounts & Security
You may need an account to place orders or access features.
Provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activities under your account.
Notify us immediately of unauthorized use or security incidents.
We may suspend/terminate accounts that violate Terms or appear fraudulent/abusive.
4) Orders & Payments
You agree to pay the full amount at checkout, including taxes/fees where applicable.
Accepted payment methods are those shown at checkout (e.g., cards, PayPal, other gateways).
Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card details.
Prices are shown in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.
We may refuse/cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors).
5) Delivery of Items
Upon payment confirmation, items are usually delivered via Steam trade offer to the trade URL you provide.
Delivery times vary—often minutes to a few hours.
You must ensure your Steam account is trade-ready (no bans, Steam Guard settings, etc.).
We are not responsible for failed delivery due to invalid trade links, inventory changes, or user-side restrictions.
6) Sell Items — Terms & Payout Conditions
If you list items for sale on SkinsVault, you agree to:
Item Listing & Review
– Select the correct game/category.
– Listings are reviewed typically within a few hours and no later than 24 hours.
– We may reject listings that violate policies or pose risk.
Inventory Handling
– Items remain in your inventory (e.g., Steam) until sold.
– Ensure account is trade-ready and items remain available.
– Upon sale, complete transfer promptly; failure may lead to penalties/restrictions.
Marketplace Fee
– A 10% commission applies to the final sale price (unless otherwise stated on the listing page).
Payouts
– Thresholds: payout requests must be between €10 (min) and €5,000 (max).
– Release: funds are released after buyer payment is confirmed and item delivery succeeds.
– Setup: provide valid payout details in My Account → Payout Details.
– AML Compliance: we may conduct identity verification and risk-based checks before processing payouts; this can introduce delays. By using the platform, you consent to these procedures and agree to provide additional information if requested.
Compliance & Risk Monitoring
– We may withhold, delay, or cancel payouts if we detect fraud, regulatory violations, or data discrepancies.
– Payouts are monitored and logged per applicable financial regulations.
7) Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Returns/refunds are available within 14 days of purchase; contact support with order details within that period.
Refunds/exchanges may be considered if an item or code is invalid/undeliverable and you contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
We may request evidence to investigate claims.
Orders can be canceled before payment is processed by contacting support immediately.
We comply with UK consumer protection laws where applicable.
8) User Obligations — Prohibited Conduct
Do not:
Use the site/services for illegal/unauthorized purposes.
Provide false/misleading information.
Interfere with security or site operations.
Use bots/scrapers/automated harvesting without our consent.
Engage in fraudulent payments or unauthorized resale/distribution of codes/items.
9) Intellectual Property
All site content (text, graphics, logos, images, software, code) is owned by SkinsVault or licensors and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent. CS2/Dota 2 and related IP belong to Valve Corporation; no endorsement is implied.
10) Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy matters. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use data. By using the website, you consent to processing as described there. We aim to comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
11) Limitation of Liability — Disclaimers
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkinsVault and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data, goodwill).
We are not responsible for actions by third-party platforms (e.g., Steam) affecting your ability to use purchased items.
No guarantee of item availability/compatibility with your account/game environment.
12) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkinsVault, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the services, or breach of laws.
13) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access without notice for conduct that violates these Terms or harms users/the business. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
14) Third-Party Links & Services
Our site may link to third-party sites/services not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Access them at your own risk and review their terms/policies.
15) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect service, legal, or business changes. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
16) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Before legal action, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us.
