- ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
To use our Website and make purchases, you must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may also be required to undergo identity or age verification (including KYC checks). Providing inaccurate or misleading information is prohibited and may result in legal liability.
By accessing or using our services, you affirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

• Once a purchase is completed, the selected item(s) will be transferred to the Steam account linked to your profile.
• We do not produce or alter digital items; we merely provide a platform for their sale and delivery.
• All payments are processed securely through authorised third-party payment processors.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
• Access to your user account is provided exclusively through Steam authentication.
• You agree to supply accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your account details current.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or where fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
• By completing an order, you agree to pay the full price displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes or fees.
• Accepted payment methods are listed during checkout (such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other approved gateways).
• All payment processing is conducted by authorised third-party providers in compliance with PCI DSS. AURAVAULT LTD does not store or hold customer funds.
• The use of stolen, compromised, or unauthorised payment instruments is strictly forbidden and may result in cancellation of the order and referral to law enforcement.
• We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
• Prices are shown in EUR (€) and may be updated at any time without notice.
5. DELIVERY OF ITEMS
Once your payment has been successfully verified, your purchased item(s) will be delivered through a Steam trade offer.
We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect trade links, account restrictions, or issues on the user’s side.
Most deliveries occur within seven days; however, in exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to fourteen days. In such cases, you may request a refund or alternative delivery option at no additional cost.
Your responsibilities include:
• Providing a valid Steam trade URL.
• Ensuring Steam Guard and Mobile Authenticator are properly enabled (if required).
• Maintaining your Steam account in a trade-eligible state (no bans, trade restrictions, limited inventory access, region locks, or privacy settings blocking trades).
6. SELLING ITEMS – MARKETPLACE & PAYOUT TERMS
By listing and selling items on skinsvault.net, you agree to the following:

Items must be submitted in the appropriate category. All listings are subject to review and may be rejected if they violate our rules, pose risk, or appear fraudulent. - Inventory Management
Items remain in your Steam inventory until sold. Once a sale occurs, you must transfer the item exactly as instructed. Failure to do so may result in account restrictions. - Platform Fee
A commission of 10% applies to every successful sale. - Payouts
• You must provide accurate payout details. Identity verification may be required before payouts are released.
• All payouts are handled by authorised payment providers; AURAVAULT LTD does not issue payments directly.
• Payouts are typically processed within 3–7 business days after item verification. Delays may occur due to compliance requirements.
• Payout requests must fall within the permitted limits (minimum €10, maximum €5,000). Limits may be changed at our discretion.
• Payouts may be reversed in cases of invalid items, fraudulent activity, or failed deliveries.
• A full history of payouts is available through your account.
• Users from restricted regions may be unable to request payouts.
• All payout data is processed securely in compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and applicable regulations. - Fraud Detection
All sales and payouts are monitored for fraud, chargebacks, and compliance issues. We may suspend, delay, or cancel payouts if suspicious activity is identified.

7. REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days unless digital content is delivered immediately. By confirming your order and receiving digital items instantly, you expressly agree to waive this withdrawal right.
• Orders may only be cancelled before payment is processed. Contact support at info@skinsvault.net immediately.
• Transactions that have not yet been fulfilled may be cancelled or refunded after verification.
• Digital items that have been delivered and accepted via Steam are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
• Refund requests may be made within 30 days of purchase for items not yet delivered or accepted.
• We reserve the right to investigate all refund claims. Where fraud or misuse is suspected, refunds may be denied.
• Eligible refunds will be issued within 14 days of approval and sent to the original payment method.
• We comply with applicable consumer protection laws.
8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES & PROHIBITED ACTIONS
You agree NOT to:
• Use the website for illegal or unauthorised purposes, including money laundering or sanctions evasion.
• Submit false, incomplete, or misleading information.

We are not responsible for restrictions imposed by third-party platforms, including Steam bans, market changes, or trade limitations.
12. INDEMNIFICATION & ACCOUNT TERMINATION
You agree to indemnify skinsvault.net, its directors, employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
• Violations of these Terms,
• Breaches of applicable laws,
• Fraudulent or abusive behaviour,
• Misuse of the Website.
Account Termination:
We may suspend or permanently terminate your access without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful behaviour. Your right to use the Website will cease immediately upon termination.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material updates will be communicated at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the Website indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
